A fresh approach to casual dining
Dining room at Don Shula's American Kitchen

Shula’s newest concept

Located in the birthplace of American professional football – Canton, Ohio – the restaurant features thoughtfully inspired American classics in a lively, modern and social setting. An inviting dining area is anchored by an over sized bar perfect for socializing with friends and family or catching a game on the giant media wall while enjoying shareable snacks, creative cocktails, local beers and an unparalleled wine list.

Coach Shula’s professional and personal ventures beautifully collide to create this new culinary concept, telling the story of Coach’s journey, from his humble beginnings in Grand River, Ohio to his return “home” to the Buckeye State.

A fresh culinary approach

A near scratch kitchen features diverse offerings created daily; expertly prepared beef and fresh fish procured daily, seasonal vegetables harvested at their peak and decadent desserts comprise the chef-driven menu.

Created with fresh ingredients from America’s heartland, guests can enjoy a variety of offerings including the perfect Cheeseburger with caramelized onions and tomato jam, smoked baby back ribs, or finish with a roll-to-your-table Ice Cream Sundae Cart, outfitted with all of your favorite toppings.

Unbeatable beverage lineup

Along with a wide selection of wines and local and craft beers, the team has tapped the talents of beverage enthusiasts Straight Up Collective to create a playful cocktail list that celebrates Coach’s football legacy.

Pick from the gin based Seven Rings or Sparkling Trophy, or the bourbon infused Game Time Snack. A nod to Peyton Manning is the Paloma-Ha crafted with Espolon Blanco Tequila, raspberry grapefruit jam and lime.

The 9 cocktail offerings are rounded out with the Invisible Defense. Tequila for the win here, enjoyed with Cointreau and agave.
